RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AK ATELIER AU, we want you to feel completely confident in every piece you acquire. If for any reason you are not entirely in love with your purchase, we offer a seamless and complimentary return process.

1. Return Window You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original jewelry packaging.

2. Complimentary Return Shipping We believe that trying on jewelry should be risk-free. Therefore, return shipping is completely free. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send your item back to us at no cost to you.

3. No Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking or handling fees. You will receive a full refund for the value of the item purchased.

4. No Final Sale Items We stand behind the quality of every piece in our collection. Unlike many other jewelers, we do not have "Final Sale" restrictions. Even items purchased on sale or during promotions are eligible for return, provided they meet our standard condition requirements (unworn and in original packaging).

5. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our concierge team at support@akatelier.com.

  • If your return is accepted, we will email you a complimentary return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Refunds & Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

  • Please remember it can take some time (usually 5–10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

7. Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
