SHIPPING POLICY

At AK ATELIER AU, we are committed to delivering your jewelry with the same care and precision with which it was crafted. Please review our shipping protocols below to understand how your order will be handled.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please note: Custom or personalized items (such as engraved pieces) may require an additional 3–5 business days for craftsmanship before shipping.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates We offer calculated shipping rates which are displayed at checkout. Below are our standard delivery estimates:

  • Australia (Domestic)

    • Standard Shipping: 10–15 Business Days

    • Express Shipping: 8–10 Business Days

  • International

    • Standard International: 10–20 Business Days

    • Express International: 8–10 Business Days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. International Duties & Taxes Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AK ATELIER AU is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

5. Damages & Issues AK ATELIER AU is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • However, we are here to assist. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us at support@akatelier.com immediately so we can try to help resolve the situation.

     

6. Sustainability We strive to use minimal, recyclable packaging where possible to reduce our environmental footprint while ensuring your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully presented.
